Dugma Ishit

Madrichim and madrichot are the pillars on which our educational structure is based. It is the personal example of our madrichim, madrichot, bogrim and bogrot that provides the ethical foundation for our work as educators. It follows that every chaver active in the Tnua must be consistent and coherent with its ideological and educational message.

Our aspiration is to show young people the world in all its breadth and complexity, confident that by knowing and studying it they will know how to value it correctly. The orientation of our education tends to awaken in our chaverim a critical appreciation of society and to transform them into beings capable of assuming independent positions.

Our faith in the human being, in his capacity to train, correct and perfect his path, together with our deep conviction regarding the scale of values of the Tnua, are the factors that, in our opinion, give us the right to educate.

The path of Hanoar Hatzioni leads to the constant cultivation of the chanich’s personality as a whole person. This inner integrity is composed of four dimensions: Human – Jewish – Zionist – Chalutzian. These dimensions crystallize in the culminating moment of the educational process: the Hagshama Atzmit, the goal that stimulates the individual and joint action of our chaverim.
